In this module there will be 4 classes in which you will learn 4 basic steps of shuffling per class along with tips & tricks to learn the steps easily.
1. Please wear comfortable clothing/ active wear to allow free leg movement.
2. Don’t eat a heavy meal just before shuffling
3. Wear running shoes
4. Keep a water bottle with you
5. If you have existing knee, ankle, back or health issues, please get an approval from a doctor for high intensity cardio because shuffling is exactly that.
6. The videos are available for download.
